Solar Wind Increases Causing Intense GeoStorm Spike While Still in the Eclipse Gateway Leading to Equinox Portal

Today Solar wind  has increased causing an Intense Spike in GeoStorms. This is happening while we are still in the Eclipse Gateway and headed for the Equinox Gateway soon.

Last night I experienced Intense crown chakra activations around the crown of my head. This will feel like tingles and goosebumps on the crown chakra. I went online last night to see if any geostorms had picked up and they had not although I felt they were coming. Then this morning I checked again and Intense Spikes had occurred. This was a Precognition knowing BEFORE the storms had started. This has happened to me many times in the past and I have written about it in my articles. Pay attention to any out of the ordinary sensations and then look for confirmation they may be occurring.

We will ALWAYS need to be Super tuned into energy to feel these things upgraded ENERGIES occurring. When we are tuned in, we know when the upgrades are about to occur because we can feel them ahead of time.

The first step in the evolution of Woman/Man kind is to be able to FEEL these energies when they are occurring. The energies can feel completely different from one time to the next depending on what stream of energy consciousness upgrades are taking place. It will get the point that you will know something is occurring because you have felt this way before. This is when you know you are making progress with the Energies. Although the energies can change, many times they will stay the same depending on what kind of energy is coming in and for what purpose.

 

REMEMBER FEELINGS ARE NOT HONORED IN THE 3D WORLD, YET IN THE HIGHER DIMENSIONS FEELINGS ARE EVERYTHING

 

One way to know you are making progress in Ascension is when you have honored your feelings enough to put them first and foremost ALL the time. They are the Gateway to the higher realms.

This week in the gateway many psychic occurences have taken place for me. There are usually too many for me to talk about all the time but I do mention them when they pick up or they are unusual.

I have seen many spirit animals around my feet for the past two weeks.I can just make them out and then they are gone. This is very common for the spirit world as they can not hold this frequency long in this dense dimension.

I have also seen an entry point to another dimension in my bedroom. I will talk about this more in an upcoming article as I will need to go into a LOT more detail to explain what it was and the importance of it. Just know it occurred in this very important gateway we are in between eclipses.

Geostorms can cause many symptoms that come in during the time of the Storms. Look for not sleeping well even though fatigued, needing extra water, blurry vision and hot flashes. These are only a few of the things that can occur during the DNA upgrades.

These last few days I have been super hungry and this is not related to the geo storms but instead the Eclipse Gateway. Timeline slips the past few weeks also taking place where I have completely lost sense of days as well as time changes perceived as time speeding up. We are still being upgraded in this gateway each and every day. Once this gateway closes a new gateway opens the Equinox gateway between the Eclipse and the September 22 Equinox.

Remember during any high energy surge, we must ground, drink extra water and pay very close attention to how we FEEL. Paying very close attention to feelings may be very hard for those still immersed in the 3D way of life, yet this is the pathway to Higher Consciousness. This is the Portal to 12D and all things PSYCHIC. Psychic abilities are the pathway to Ascension and the higher dimensions.

Blessings Beloveds, 

We have just  entered the Gateway of the Eclipses yesterday as well as Opening of the Lions Gate Portal 8/8 today. The Eclipse Gateway lasts from August 7 to August 21st. The Lions Gate closes August 12th.

Both of these special gateways offer many upgrades to those that are ready to add them to our DNA Upgrades ongoing collection. 

 

Lions Gate

The Lions Gate opening pulls Sirius closer to us and in doing so gives us more insight into our galactic heritage of the Sirian Race which many of us are a part of. The Sirians are brave warriors, having been in many galactic wars fighting for their own freedom and the freedom of other races including the human race. This is echoed on Earth as we too fight for our freedom from the many centuries of dark influences. This freedom comes at a price and only through our own individual awakening. With new freedom comes the loss of what was and even though the past was limited in many ways, many adapted to this limited way of life. Letting this go requires a dying off the old self while the new self takes hold. This will happen through the rest of 2017 as we let go of the past and embrace what IS in the moment of NOW. Freedom comes as one of the most Important aspects to our Ascension Transition.

Those with more Sirian Heritage will be asked to partake more in the upcoming changes that are occurring on the planet as we invoke more light and transmute more darkness into LIGHT. This warrior attitude is called for and needed in the coming future of planet Earth. If you are called you will know it for you will not be able to ignore the call for FREEDOM from oppression.

The opening of the Third EYE is a strong influence with Lions gate, so watch for psychic happenings and occurrences. They are already underway and especially today as we are being upgraded in our psychic awareness. I have been seeing many things and beings moving all over my house, much more than usual. Also you may now see more light flashes and blue lights/sword like especially associated with the Sirian Influences. You may also feel even more connected to dolphins and whales as they too are highly connected to the Sirians. This opening has brought in high energy connected to the Spirit worlds of Bliss and the Creator. Look for more of this to come in.

The Sirius Star System and Sirians are highly linked to the spiritual world and highly evolved.  In many cultures including native american cultures Sirius was refereed to as the Dog star. In Egypt Sirius was known as the dog god Anubis who was associated as the guardian of the death and transformation realm. Sirians are highly evolved in all realms of light.

Eclipse Gateway of Light

The Eclipse Gateway is all about revealing the shadow side of us individually and collectively. As the shadow side is revealed more light can then come in and takes it’s place. The shadow side will need to be healed for this process to take place, only then can the darkness be cast out and thrown out as it is not needed in Dimensions 5 through 12 and above.

Through this Gateway our authentic selves will be brought to the surface for us to merge with. For those not ready their own unseen worlds will be brought up again and again until the adaption process of holding more light occurs. As we move through this gateway many insights about who we really are will come up for everyone to process and adapt to. Do not resist these processes as they occur, become the observer and work through this new way of being and come out the other side a brand new inter dimensional human.

Both Gateways are now open and we are traversing both at the same time. Accept the new energy as it comes in and process what needs to the processed when it comes in. Do not put it off or think it can be done another day. When these energies arrive the inner world of spiritual progress then needs attention.

We now have Geomagnetic Storms that have arrived along with increased Solar Wind. Solar wind is now over 700 and rising. These storms can and are effecting our sleep patterns. You may find yourself asleep for a few hours needing to get up and then after a few hours up going back to sleep again. Intense dreams usually accompany these storms We had a few high energy days before these storms hit and today was a very low energy day. Today was the exact opposite as the storms came and it seemed impossible to get anything done. You may find others mood changing when these storms occur as many get crabby and short tempered. When this happens revert back to your sacred space and rebalance your energy before going back out. Remember to drink lots of water during these times of Geo storms, Energy Increases, Fluctuations and ground daily.

The first eclipse is coming August 7th and this will create a GATEWAY for the BIG  Total Eclipse of August 21st. I will be doing my next interview August 7th with Charlotte View Discussing this Eclipse Gateway we are just about to enter into. You can find the link to this show here. The first Eclipse is the partial LUNAR Eclipse on August 7th entering the gateway. The Second Eclipse is a TOTAL SOLAR Eclipse on August 21st which completes this gateway and more. I will be discussing this in more detail in my upcoming interview.

We have been in the middle of  the Lions Gates Energy and now entering Geo Storms which brings a new level of Frequencies in for us to navigate through. During these times you may have many more insights into your own life and be able to now work through issues you were not able to before. You may now be able to see things about yourself and others, not seen before. Be open to the information streaming in and do not let the EGO get the best of you. We need to be able to work through these issues to EVOLVE past this dimension, time and space. We need to release this baggage we have carried for so long. The way to do this is to stay connected to the Universe and the Universe will show you the way. It will many times happens through others. This is the case because we have made sacred contracts with other souls before coming here to TRIGGER us into higher awareness. These can be friends, family, twin flames, soul mates or even strangers to us here. Be on the look out for these experiences and make the best of them when they appear.

A wave of energy came in today of Uncertainty and Anxiety (Friday June 30th.) I felt it about 5pm EDT time. It did not last long for me, about an hour. This wave asked us to question ourselves on everything we already know is True and everything we know is false. This wave asked you to again reaffirm your commitment to the Ascension Process and raise your consciousness to the higher possible level.

This wave brought in anxiety along with it which is heightened fear. These waves were fine in 2010 when we were just getting our Ascension Sea Legs but we are past them now. Most of us who have been in the shifting process a long time no longer need these purging waves. Yet they can still be felt.

When these type of Waves come in we need to step back and become the observer and observe the FEELINGS that come up WITHOUT emotionally attaching to them. I can not Stress this enough. Any emotional attachment to these waves prolongs them and invites them into your consiousness. We need to observe them, Say to ourselves, “I don’t resonate with this now” and let it go.

These are last remnants of PURGING waves that will help the ones that still need purging. But many of us have long moved past this need. For those NEW to the ascension process you might need to look deeper into this energy to see what changes you need to make within yourself. For those of us who have been in the Ascension process for decades now we do not need to identify or look at these waves except as an observer.

Each being will know how far they are along in the Ascension process based on what they feel. The goal is to FEEL every wave that comes in when it comes in. This does not mean everyone will feel every wave at the same time. It will depend on your level of frequency what is felt and when. Groups of similar frequency generally feel the same thing at the same time or within a few days of each other.

We will never OUTGROW feelings or energetic influences. It doesn’t matter what level of consciousness we have reached. Feelings go with us no matter what realm we exist in. Being tuned into energy heightens these feelings and then we can understand more about how the Universe and Creator works through these energy upgrades.

We want to feel the ENERGY now of Bliss and Light and so this becomes our expectation. The other waves can come and go but we will not put our energy into them when we have moved past them.

As we moved into OUR Authentic Light during the Solstice Gateway  taking us to The Total Solar Eclipse on August 21st. we will feel more waves of every variety and kind. As we become more authentic we will know what wave we need and what wave is no longer needed for us.

Our authenticity will tell us what to do in every situation that arises. As I have moved into this GRID of elevated Authenticity things became much easier, lighter and brighter. There is no wobbling of any kind on any front. Ascension does improve with time, more bliss and the authentic self makes the Upgrades much easier and smoother to deal with.

This entire message is LIGHT encoded to bring you relief if you are struggling with the Ascension process. As you read it relax and sit back in a calming way for it to regenerate your cells into PURE LIGHT Consciousness.

We have some fantastic news to report. We are still in the GATEWAY of the Solstice Energy. Remember the Solstice can last up to 10 days before and after the actual event takes place. In this case with the Solar Eclipse arriving in August it will last much longer. This becomes a Gateway unto itself lasting through the Total Solar Eclipse of August 21st.

The PORTAL to Ascension is ONLY through the Portal to our Authentic Consciousness. 

The Gateway that has been occurring and will continue to occur is all about returning to OUR 12D authentic multidimensional being that existed before coming into this Earth Plane. This is Happening NOW. We are transforming back into this LIGHT BEING. You may all remember my previous post about how this is occurring by retrieving lost Soul fragments.

As we step into this plane of higher existence, we have no choice but to embody our TRUE self. If you do not know who your true self is, it is the child you were before the baggage of others came along to influence, program and condition us away from our innocence of the Higher realms we just came from. We are now speedily returning to this innocent way of being. YES this is a big deal. One of the biggest changes to happen to us YET.

You will find in the beginning of your journey into your true self, glimpses of authentic self appearing to you in short spurts. This journey started for me last August and I remember how it came in. It came in with an edge through an ENERGY Wave which I posted an article about. It had an edge but it was also a gentle wave. I  knew this was the beginning OF OUR JOURNEY HOME. Each WAVE we have experienced since this time has brought us closer to our genuine being and 12D crystalline core consciousness.

The Solstice Gateway has not been gentle in this regard. We are being pushed and shoved to make the change over to our 12D authentic embodiment. The higher dimensional embodiment is the childlike innocence- meaning a clear vessel we came in to this reality with along with the capabilities of traveling into the higher realms of 12D and above.

When you embody this new being within yourself, you will feel lighter as if a HUGE weight as has been lifted off your shoulders. You will feel childlike as if everything and anything is NOW possible. You will feel joy, bliss, love,  happiness and contentment.

Look for this to come in short spurts because once again we our bodies and consciousness CAN not take on too much at one time. We as humans becoming Galactics have to go about transformations in stages and the more gentle the better. The galactics which are helping us with this transformation- know this. They know the gentle side to the human race.

The Pleiadians working with the Creator are the ones calling all the shots in this area of giving help to us through these waves we feel as they enter our consciousness.

When you first feel this activation, notice it and then act on it. Act your authentic self as long as you can. Feel the waves of lightness wash over you. You may feel giddy and other worldly. Try to bathe in this light when it comes in, this way you recognize it the next time and can hang on longer to this feeling. In the beginning it will come in short spurts which then start to last longer and longer over time. Eventually we will transform completely into this NEW Being.

To feel these activations as they come in and make progress with them means embracing the upgrades and understanding they are bring us higher vibrational upgrades to embody our authentic self. Here are some ways to embrace these changes in the Ascension Process:

You must be prepared and have the desire to make the change to a Higher State of Being. This means you are ready to move into the next realm of existence along with the Crystalline Earth.

You must be prepared to leave the 3D world behind. Yes this means all of 3D, you must be prepared to enter a NEW Crystalline World that we are creating.

You must be able to put your FEELINGS above everything else. Feelings in the 3D world are routinely discarded and judged by the conditioned as worthless. Yet feelings are the GPS of the Soul and the most important thing we possess. These feelings are Divinely aligned with the Ascension process, as we know to be fully authentic we must be fully in touch with our feelings.

You must take Divinely inspired action based on those feelings. You must be prepared to take action when needed to move into the higher realms of Consciousness.

You must trust that the Universe has your highest intentions in all things. Even if it looks like this is not happening it actually is. The Universe many times takes us down long and winding roads to get to our destinations.

You must be fully invested in the Ascension process. This means Ascension is not a part time hobby, it is what your life is all about.

You must have done the inner work on yourself to rid yourself of programming, conditioning and illusions. This is very important because all beings have been conditioned.

You must be actively searching for the TRUTH. Everyday you must make progress in the search for what is TRUTH and what is not. UNTRUTHS must be discarded other wise the consciousness gets confused about what is real and what is not. This stops REAL progress from taking place in the realm of higher consciousness.

Look for more high energy as we are now in the Solstice/ Solar Eclipse Gateway. Each day is a new day to pay attention to your feelings, be in the moment of NOW and feel those Energy Waves as they come in. They are here when they need to be which means, we must always be prepared.

Energy Update:The Divine Merging Of Our Authentic Self Through Soul Fragments Returning

Dear Beloveds,

We come to you today to tell you of the Divine merging of our authentic selves that is taking place in the moment of NOW. What does this mean and what does it look like ?

The energy upgrades that have recently come in over the last 2 weeks have been very subtle but very powerful in their manifestation. This energy is connected to the June 21st Solstice that is a Gateway Event of the Divine Merging. These waves delicately caress our souls reminding us daily who we REALLY are. They show us where we got off track and gently nudge us to get back on track and into the genuineness of our SOULS.

Many of us have lost part of our souls through this journey into the realms of 3D. This is called soul fragmentation. This can happen when someone else over powers a soul with their own energy and demands everything go their own way. The light workers soul is then fragmented because it knows the path it should be on but because of circumstances beyond their control they are being forced off their path.

Every time in life someone else decides for us what direction we should take, we can end up further and further from our true path. This is so CLEAR now, isn’t it?

When a soul fragmentation occurs you may feel as though you have lost a part of yourself and do not belong. This happens because we have stepped out of this reality and into one that is not ours.

We will be able to jump back into our reality by healing and reclaiming that soul loss that has occurred. There are many reasons for soul loss, they include shock, abuse, intense grief, disempowerment and many others.

At this moment in time, our Soul fragments are making their way back to us, one by one. These fragments are essential to our advancement in the Ascension process. Without them we will be stuck in a continuous cycle and never moving forward. This can manifest in words like ‘”I don’t belong here“. Many of us have all felt this way. This happens when we end up on a different timeline.

The DIVINE is now gifting us with our soul fragments returning to us with the increased downloads that are occurring. These fragments will take us back and lead us back to the reality we originally planned to be in when we incarnated here.

We must be OPEN to accepting these fragments and losses as they come back. We must not have fear about the past. We must come to terms to what has brought us to the place we are at and call on our empowerment to lead the way back to our AUTHENTIC Divine Self.

How does this manifestation happen? We are now being given glimpses into our past and being able to see what was out of alignment and how it took place. We are shown scenes from our past, either while awake or sleeping. We can then heal these events and get back on track to fulfill our destiny. We need to come to terms with everything that has happened to us and Heal every aspect of our lives. This is all part of the Ascension process and what I do on a daily basis with clients.

What can we expect now that our Divine Souls are being returned to us ? We can expect  more focus, more authenticity, more merging with the Divine itself as we come into alignment with who we are and why we are here. We are here  at this time to uplift the consciousness of the Planet Earth and Humanity. With our soul put back together again… our travels through the higher realms becomes much easier for all crystalline light workers.

Our Soul is waiting for us, we must respond with self love and self empowerment Now.

We are being blasted with Huge Energy Waves right now. You will feel them in your consciousness. You will feel like you are being pulled away from this Reality.

Today was a day of fatigue and low energy that came in. This NEW Wave came in about 30 minutes ago and has only increased. You may feel wobbly and as if you can not walk straight.

You may feel foggy headed as the Wave hits your consciousness. You may have Super blurry Eyes. You may have a strong feeling your don’t belong in this reality any more. You may find it difficult to do anything, including rest. You may feel the NEW symptom I reported on in my last interview – the not knowing what to do with oneself.

This energy is loosening our ties to this reality as it merges us with the higher realms. It opens up all the grids and bathes them in LIGHT  to accelerate our awakening and evolution. It unsticks any blockages and old energy that is no longer needed. New timelines will now start to emerge and be able to pass through.

The best thing to do in these situations is to go outside and ground with bare feet. This helps to lessen the symptoms. Relax and flow with the energy when it comes in. Do not resist or go into fear mode. Accept the energy and let it stay as long as it needs to.

Tonight blissful energy is streaming in from the Cosmos. This energy comes from the Divine Creator and the Galactics.

This Energy is Blissful, Calm and Serene. It is our gift to overcome the obstacles we have jumped over in bringing more light to all of EARTH and it’s inhabitants. Tingles centering around the Crown Chakra and spreading to the facial area are occurring.

As more LIGHT Streams in, more of the Creators Energy automatically also streams in to bathe us in the Divine light. The Galactics who occupy a higher plane of existence are also more in tune with this same energy.

The Galactics know what the Earth has gone through and what needs to be done to solve the issues that remain. They are helping us through downloads such as the energy tonight to raise our vibration and become more in Harmony with them.

As Diamond and Crystal encodements continue to pour in, we must accept them. Relax and accept this energy as your own. For we are a part of the higher consciousness and all that exists. This is why we are here, for this time.

Energy Update: Waves and GeoMagnetic Storms

Beloveds,

Today around 4 pm I felt a huge wave coming into my consciousness. This wave wrapped around my entire body enveloping me in it’s light. I felt dizzy for a few minutes and out of balance. I was sitting in my living room talking to my daughter when it occurred. We were going over future plans and suddenly the wave struck me. I had to tell her “hang on there is a wave coming in right now”. This is not the first time she has heard this line from me. She waited until I composed myself and I was able to get back into the conversation. Since I have been feeling these waves for so long I can easily recoup when they take place. This is vital going forward that they serve their purpose and then we can move on from them. This is the same for all symptoms of ascension and anything psychic that takes place. We must acknowledge and respect the upgrades as they come in.

When these waves come in, they take over the whole body and consciousness. There is nothing a person can do but to pay full attention to them while they last. This one lasted about 5 minutes but they can be longer or shorter. They vary in length and intensity depending on what the light codes are for the wave.

This wave in particular was upgrading our systems to prepare for the next waves to arrive. There will be more waves coming in the days, weeks and months to follow. More and more will feel these waves as they become more sensitive to ENERGY. For those that already feel the waves, be confident they hold the codes we need to ascend. Feel the waves, integrate them and then move on.

Energy is what the entire Universe and every being is made of. We are all electrical energy manifesting as matter. The core of who we are is the electrical Divine essence which flows inside each one us. As more awaken they will awaken to who and what they really are.

Today and yesterday we are also experiencing geo storms that are causing many ascension symptoms. One of the most pronounced has been extreme tiredness. Along with this is intense thirst and hunger. (Although these symptoms have been in place since the shift of last month.) Intense body heat and sleep issues as well as lucid dreams as we change dimensions.  As with all space weather we must not resist but instead embrace these changes as they come. We welcome them because it is  through these symptoms that our DNA can be upgraded and our lives can ever be changed through expanded consciousness and the merging with the Divine Creator.

We are still in adaption mode from the Dimension and Timeline Jump of last month ( and that continued)  that I announced as it came in. This was an extreme jump in consciousness for all beings on planet Earth and in the entire Universe. This is still continuing as we process new waves of light with new encasements that come to us.

You may feel different now and indeed you are. You are vibrating at a higher frequency of light and in doing so you now have access to more of reality than before. Answer to questions will come quicker to you. Psychic abilities will start to come on line or become more enhanced. You may see beings from other dimensions and if you do- no worries they see you too. Do not go into fear mode as this will lower your frequency and you will not longer be able to see the higher dimensions as much as you could have.

As we are shifting many will begin to experience new abilities they had not had before. They will be able to tell the truth from a lie. They will need to reprogram themselves in order to understand how the higher dimensions work compared to 3D. They will no longer be able to run the programs of 3D. They just will not work anymore. Love and compassion are the staples of the 5D and above.

One of the ways to know you are in a higher dimensions by how much self love you have. The 3D world is a self love squasher. It is designed this way to keep everyone at a lower frequency.

Each of us is unique and has our own qualities and strengths. In 3D the goal is to be the same and conform to what the controllers want.

In 5D we are our unique and beautiful selves contributing in whatever special gifts we have. There is no stress or pressure to conform. Everyone is encouraged to be WHO they really are and their authentic selves.

As we keep jumping dimensions we get closer and closer to the Crystal Realm of light. Our consciousness transforms first, then our bodies start to catch up, each at intervals so we don’t do too many upgrades at once. It is all a Divine Plan of Creation.

Reality is not fixed but instead fluid and as we traverse other dimensions, many are starting to wake up to this fact. As we change and wake up, the world around us then changes and we create the 5D world we want.

The Light awaits you to jump in and experience the Universe for yourself !

Huge Acceleration of Ascension IN Effect Due to Frequency Wave

Beloved Light Tribe,

We have had accelerated timelines in the last 2 weeks with the manifestation of a HUGE energy wave that took place last night May 24th. We are still in this Ascension Corridor/Gateway. You can find my post here

You may feel discombobulated and detached from 3D reality for some time. These sensations will only increase. We are also seeing an increase in psychic clear sight. Many more other dimensional beings and objects are appearing in front of me and this is always goes hand in hand of ongoing frequency upgrades.

We need to continue to stay in the moment so we can feel these upgrades when they take place. If we are focused on a future event we no longer exist in the moment. If you are focused on predictions of other events , this takes you out of the moment of Now.

If you want to FEEL more Waves and more ENERGY you will need to make the jump to fully be in the NOW moment. How do we do this ? We are fully present in everything we do. When we focus on one thing, we are fully aware of the specific thing we are focused on. We do not multi task as this is a 3D slave system attribute put in place to lower our consciousness so we are not tuned into the workings and inspiration from the Divine Creator.

Ascension is ALL About FEELING the Waves, downloads and upgrades as they come in. The more we expand our consciousness the more we feel. One does not ever phase out of feeling the Waves-in fact it is the exact opposite. The more tuned into the Universe one is the more they will FEEL the ascension taking place.

There are many steps to this process and the first one is to practice being in the moment of NOW fully. Give whoever you are talking to your full attention and stay focused on your thoughts being in the now, not the past or the future. Whatever project you are working on do that project fully and completely. Ground and make sure your thoughts are stable.

We do not ever evolve out of the symptoms of ascension. Each wave we feel is encoded with its own dynamic upgrades to our DNA. No two waves are EVER alike.

Everyone is at this own level in this ascension process and the waves will give you exactly what you need. If you feel the same symptoms as others this shows your vibration level is close to the same frequency.

The goal is to feel more, not less. Those of us that feel the waves as they come in have done lots of work to get to the point of being able to feel these and it is no small task. This is the Ascension process, FEELING.

Ascension is a rebirthing process, so this means as in birth it will sometimes be painful. Ascension is not graduating to pure joy while we are in this process. We will have times of pure bliss and other times of feeling the symptoms of our DNA activations coming on board. The more you feel, the more you are advancing in the process.

The Wave last night was one of the most INTENSE waves we have encountered. There was a manic feeling that went along with it and a feeling of not knowing what to do with oneself. It lasted into the night and into today. The effects are still coming in.

Some felt they had to go to bed because there was no way to otherwise handle  the wave. Some felt like scambled eggs for brains. There was a feeling of not being able to organize ones thoughts. Body tremors and sleep issues. Intense body pressure. Involuntary muscle movements. Eye twitching. head pain. Some experienced depression and sadness while others intense joy and happiness.  Vibrating and seeing objects vibrate. Heart race increases and increased blood pressure. Intense Hunger.  Body Heat flashes. Heart Palpitations. Today we are still feeling the effects of the energy increase and it will continue. 

During these intense waves, it is best to relax and accept the wave coming in. Grounding works very well for symptoms and drinking extra water. Do not resist the accelerations. Relax, find a happy place and ride out the wave as it comes in. Every wave I have felt since 2010 have all been unique. They must all be appreciated, honored and respected as these are the very WAVES that fuel our Ascension. We are the Guardians of the Ascension Process and we are here to complete the mission given to us by the DIVINE CREATOR.
